Welcome to the home page of the Center for Public Policy Studies (CPPS). We are a Colorado non-profit [501(c)(3)] organization established in 1984 to provide technical research, consulting and development services to public-sector agencies in the United States and abroad. CPPS specializes in:

Members of the CPPS team have designed, conducted, and evaluated projects for a wide range of human services agencies, courts and other justice system agencies, foundations, universities, and non-profit organizations. One of our major current initiatives is to assess the impact of immigration on the state courts and design responses to address those impacts.
